Dr Simon Loveday | Principal
Dr Simon Loveday is a food scientist with over 20 years of experience in research in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He has held leadership roles in research projects funded at over $50 million, and published more than 80 peer-reviewed journal articles. During his time in academia Dr Loveday supervised 9 postdoctoral fellows and 13 PhD students.
